Center of Food Science and Technology is established to discover new food products which will be innovative than conventional food items. Ingredients and their balance with energy, fats, proteins, carbohydrates and other contents will be analysed using new modern bioanalytical instruments. We are very keen to develop food products derived from different type of mushrooms.
